Before beginning to claim your bank charges be sure to read the FAQ by clicking the link above. Read it carefully and also read as much of the forum material as you can manage before you start claiming your bank charges refund.

Im no expert but I would think that captal one set charges against you therefore you should claim them back from capital one |

The moment Cap 1 receive your CCA s78 demand they are in default until they supply you with the info. This means that no one can pursue you for payment until Cap 1 have complied.
When you post your letters faxed or not make sure you use " Special Delivery" that way you can "trace & track" your letters
Its called turning the tables

They wont be told for a while that you have made a Subject Access Request.
Send a CCA s78 to Bryan Carter now. It will stop them pestering you
PS Always use "special delivery" Then you can "trace & track" Its great knowing when your bombshell lands | |
