| Re: Result...well sort of. I think they're full of sh!t. It's not "good will" at all, they have been FORCED to lower their charges to £12. And now, they're trying to railroad you into thinking they're doing you a favour? Grrr.
I suggest you have a god read of the FAQs and step-bystep, and read other people's stories here, so you know what you're dealing with, then go after them for a 100% refund of those charges.
