hi thanks to the forum for the advice i have been given

i have just received my requested statements from capitalone going back from the 1st of jan 2003

having checked all the late payment fees & over the limit fees it come to a whooping £1000 in charges

question can i reclaim all the £20 charges ie, late payment & over the limit charges

the later fees were £12 i think these are legal
any advice would be welcome
yours faithfully

Hi Phantom44

You should claim them all, even the £12 ones. They will not disclose the true cost of the charges, so we have to claim back the full amount.

Overlimit fees, late charges, claim them all..

What interest are you asking for?

hi ukaviator
thanks for the replie i have used the simple calculator on the site, i noticed when i put the 1st payment in the interest was already added 8%
example date £20 + £9.52 this was on the 02/01/2003 and so on till my last 2 entries on the 01/09/2006 which 2 payments of £20 ie. late payment & overdrawn fee were added each with £3.63 shown
to that date they have taken £980 and the interest on the calculator shows £327.75
could you please tell me if this is correct
regards phantom44
