LOL Thanks, I have a Route 21 Account with is sort of like the Royalties account is that ok to use in the spreadsheet? and do you have one with compound interest that i can use please.

On the fee remission form under the case/claim number there is a space to answer - What is the title/number of the form you need the court to issue. Does anyone know what needs to go there.

Recieved a letter today to say Capital One are going to defend.

Only managed to send N1 last week after numerous delays

Hi,

I'll see if i can put it on the forum, it got sent to me via email of one of the caggers as i couldn't work the ones in the library either.

It works out the contractual interest and the 8%.

Hi, just to update and to get some advice

When i originally sent my claim to Cap One it was for the charges as i wasn't sure how to work out the interest.

When i sent the N1 to court i added the contractual interest.

Today i recieved a cheque for nearly £180 less than my claim was on the N1.

They still have until the 17th December before they need to send all the things for there defence.

Any ideas on what i should do and should i not cash the cheque until i recieve the rest of the money

THank them for the cheque but point out that is less than your claim and that you intend to carry on.

So if i cashed it they wouldn't just take it that i've accepted it as the full amount.

Thanks, i'll just cash it as i could do with it now and if they say i accepted it as full payment of my claim or something i'll just say that it wasn't on the letter and keep the letter as proof.
