Angry Started claim today
Sending my claim off today. Have two accounts with them- charges amounting to £900.00. Partner will also be putting in a claim as soon as he receives details of his charges.

They offered me just over half the charges back after my LBA, but wouldn't budge so I've slapped them with a Small Claims Summons for their cheek.

Their deadline to respond is the middle of August so I'll keep you posted.
