| Re: complaining using FOS Hi, mr elmo.
FOS just got a result for me, regarding my Business Account.
You just put that you believe the Bank's charges are penalty charges and unlawful, so you would like them back .
I take it you've had your 'full and final' from the Bank, and remember you must go to FOS within 6 months of receiving this.
Regards.
Scott.

| Re: complaining using FOS Hi, Mr elmo.
The forms not to difficult to complete, if you have any trouble, give me a shout. I'm just waiting on the cheque from my Bank for my last claim.
FOS at first put it on hold, like all the other claims, about two weeks ago I e-mailed them and mentioned that the FSA had said the test case did'nt apply to Business Accounts, so they contacted my Bank, and they phoned me with a 100% offer, including interest.
If your claim is for a personal account, FOS will put it on hold. Until after the 'test case'.
I think that's your best bet, as most courts are staying cases.
Regards.
