Claiming back fees from C1...can I get interest back on those charges too?

Hi,

Am going back through my capital one statements and they have charged me in the region of 960 quid in overlimit fees and late payments etc.

My question is: can I claim back the interest they have charged me relating to those fees alone....and if so....is there a spreadsheet or calculation I can use. Obviously I will claim back from 5 other credit card co's as well.

Hiya

Have you read the FAQ's? if not please go & have a good read, before starting your claim, spend as much time as possible reading, even print things off that you are not sure about, you will get a better understanding, of what you are going to do, plus step by step guide. I would have never bothered with my claims if it wasn't for the FAQ's & support from this site.
All the templates for letters & spreadsheets are in the Bank Template Library.

Hi

I sent my 1st letter to CP1 and with that I got a reply with a payout of £230.00. This did not include the interest but I guess you can add it like all the rest do as it is a much higher sum you are claiming, All the best with your claim
