Default capital one statements, without paying for them

just wanted to say that, last week when capital one made thier usual call to me to make sure that i keep paying them (i am over my limit and was been charged til this month) i said to the man at the other end "oh by the way could i have copies of my statements from the date i opened the account as i have misplaced some of mine" the man replied "yeah, no problem, i will fill in a form right now and pass it over to the deptartment but the may not do anything till next week as its weekend" this morning 13 days after the request a big envelope arrived with photocopies of every statement ihave ever been sent. just totalled it up to £858 worth of charges.
if they give me my charges back i would actually be in credit but a couple of hundred. but doubt i would still have my card do you think they will take it off me?

this area where the bank closes your account has not been explored yet. I bet if keep filing litigation against them they will close your account

based on the fact that they say my claim has not legal foundation.

I expect the defence to be nothing than a reference to the terms and conditions.

though no doubt the monies will be in my posistion before hand.

surley they know the score already ?
