Red face Me V GE Capital (mortage charges)

Hi
I hope someone can advise me please
I filed a claim after giving GE Capiatal a chance to settle as per the proformas

They didn't, applied to moneyclaim on line, it accepted, and transfererd to local court where the judge stayed it.

I wrote back politely explaining it was only bank charges that were stayed not mortgage charges and he has lifted the stay as I requested.

It is now set for trial early November this year, What do I need to do please?

HELP !!
Sarah

There should be a set of directions on the hearing notice from the court, goes something like "it is ordered that the claimant shall...." if you post those here we should be able to let you know what you have to do

Hiya Henry, if you havent specificaly been asked to provide anything I would just go with Zoot's bundle and skeleton argument templates (at the top of this page) and try to get the edited documents into the court about 14 days before your hearing date.

Hi Sarah,

you might need to adapt the templates to reflect that it is a mortgage charge claim. Have a look at the template for credit cards as the same principles also apply.

Best of luck
