| | Basic Account Customer | I Won Going through my box of old statements I found my capital one statemnts for me and OH so I have totted up the charges and sent the letter LPV today with a list of all chrges using the excel spreadsheet on the templates ( not the 8% one) so fingers crossed I amay have a reply in 14 days.
These 2 accounts are now closed but that shoulcn't make any difference shoudl it?
Mine is for £255.71 and oh £363.90  hope all goes well on this.

| | Basic Account Customer | Adams x 2 v's capital one OFFER RECEIVED HELP! OH got a letter this am offering £163 bsasically saying that he signed the contract etc so knew the t&c's and they are refunding the £8 difference of their charge and £12... so not too sure whatto do now as oh has a second interview withthem on monday so might wait to see what happens there - if he doesn't get the post the LBA will be sent straight away. OH is claiming £358 - so do people normally accept here or go on to the LBA and to court before C1 give in?
Strange i didn't get a letter as we sent them off at the same time.

| | Site Team | Re: Adams x 2 v's capital one I would strongly suggest you do not accept the offer on OH account - it is less than 50% of the amount you are claiming - that really takes the mickey.
Do not accept anything less than an unconditional offer of 100% settlement.
