Just looking through another post of yours and noticed that you had gone straight to LBA. Is that the case on this account?
If so, you should issue another LBA, slightly reworded to show that any initial offer is not accepted as full and final, and this is their last opportunity to settle before court action.
Since you have previously been advised about FAQ's, I will not repeat it here.

Good news. Many of us have to wait for pay days to start the action, myself included, although it was only a few days, as luck would have it.
