adding charges when taking cap one to court

Hi guys

I have just totalled up the costs for Capital One to take them to court, however, I have now added costs from before 6 years ago.

On the original letter to Capital One and the subsequent offers they sent to me, they have a schedule of charges not including those over 6 years ago.

Am I allowed to now add these on as they total another £140. I have added them as I have read somewhere that there is nothing to say that you can't claim for longer than that time ago.

Should I add them to my court claim or not? (I haven't completed the court details yet so can amend as necessary)

You can keep adding charges up until court claim is submitted. Once claim is submitted if you wish to alter the claim in anyway you have to apply to the court to do so at a cost of £35 (non re-claimable)
