Stephen Hone to claim?

Not sure what all this is about.

''Penalty charges founder Stephen Hone has had enough of the OFT inaction and is submitting a Claim against a Bank to Plymouth County Court within the Next week

Penalty charges Founder Stephen Hone saw red last month with the OFT announcement on Penalty charges, Stephen Hone said the OFT have left me with no choice but to start legal proceedings in order to bring and end to the Thousands of People suffering from the charges levied by the Banks.

Since the OFT has failed in its Duty to Protect the Consumer I have no choice but to undertake this as people cannot wait another nine months for the OFT to finally take action.''

i know this is an old thread but just found out his site has been closed and hoped he would find a new host for his site. anyone heard anything?

Stephen has been shut down by someone with mighty influnce. I foolishly let it be known to a bank that I was seaking Stephen's help. Suddenly his web site is shut down.

Yeah right, i think not!

Stephen is apparently working his bottom off this afternoon to find another server/host whatever................. .....i dont know, i'm not techy at all

Site was back up and running with a new server in less than 24 hours.
