 Now is the time to write
The new pattern of transfers of very ordinary cases to the mercantile court signals a real effort by the judiciary to get a test case. i think that it cn also be seen as a sign of real annoyance with it all and as a portest of theor own.
They are not fools and they must realise that the transfers will put the banks under furgther pressure to stop defending and to pay up and eventually to abandon their unlawful charges.
there is clearly a crisis brewing. Afer the holday period a lot of media people are starting to take an interest again the bank charges issue.
Over the next three months you will see many Radio TV and newspaper pices dealing with the issue.
Our Userbase is going to increase even faster than it hs done and the weight of claims on the banks will increase.
Now is the time to push the cammpain along by writng letters.
You should write to the OFT, to the FSA and to your MP. I believe that writng at this time is likely to have a serious effect.
If you increase the pressure and the stress on the authorities, something will be bound to give.
