I would guess that most banks proport to be wonderful and lovely, here below is a reason we should attack the next bank TV ad campaign, taken from the AD standards people
Section 5 - Misleading Advertising (3) Even if everything stated is literally true, an advertisement may still mislead if it conceals significant facts or creates a false impression of relevant aspects of the product or service.
The above could quite easily encompass - PPI, Penalty Charges, Bad Complaint Handling, Non - Compliance with the law and on and on.
