Before beginning to claim your bank charges be sure to read the FAQ by clicking the link above. Read it carefully and also read as much of the forum material as you can manage before you start claiming your bank charges refund. Click here. Join Date: Jan 2007 I am in: North London Posts: 168	Cahoot in Default of Subject Access Request Sent my Subject Access Request to Cahoot for OH's defaulted loan and credit card. Cheque not cashed, statements not sent. I am sending LBA today on Data Protection Act default. Anyone in the same boat? I am more concerned about default removal rather than charges, though money back would be useful. Cheers.
