Hello,

Cahoot have failed to respond to my Subject Access Request request dated 5th March but I have today been contacted by Moorcroft on behalf of Cahoot asking for payment. Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi well Cahoot have 40 days, they left my SARs request to the last minute.

Send Moorcroft a cca request, it will give you more time, and then once you send a prelim letter, your account should be in dispute, which means Moorcroft can't chase you for the debt until it is resolved (If I am wrong, some one will advise you different, but almost certain this is correct)
