| Re: Nici vs Cahoot & EX Wow, that is a lot more than i have incurred.Although £170 already is a lot of money which they charged me since then.
I would deff go for the rest of it if i was you. Like i said, loan and credit card are 2 seperate contracts i should think. And i wouldn't think they could just close them because of your claim on your current account.
But then, i don't know for sure. |

| | Classic Account Customer | Re: Nici vs Cahoot & EX just sent them this: THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE CLAIM – PLEASE READ ACTION NEEDED WITHIN 24 HOURS Account number : xxxxxxx Sort code: xxxxxx Dear Sir Madam, As I am sure you are aware I won my small courts claim (claim number: xxxxxx) in July last year. It is only today that I have received confirmation that the payment has been processed and I should receive funds shortly. Obviously the late payment of these monies had caused me considerable stress, and I have incurred £xxx more charges on my account over the last 8 months due to the lack of funds. I have been advised by the abbey legal team to request a refund of all charges incurred since the claim was filed, plus any pending charges. Aside from the fact that I believe the charges to be unlawful, it is quite clear that I would have been able to stay within my overdraft limits and pay bills on time, had the above claim be paid on time. I have been very patient, but feel it is only fair to refund all charges since filing the claim (I include a list with this e-mail). If I do not hear from you within 24 hours, I will have no issues in taking legal action again. I trust that this will not be necessary, and look forward to hearing from you. I am happy for all the charges to be refunded to my cahoot bank account. Thank you
