| | Classic Account Customer | Re: Nici vs Cahoot & EX They reckon it was sent out.. but spoke to her before. She's cancelled previous cheque (apparently) and processed new payment yesterday - cheque should be with me monday/tuesday
Then I need to ask about getting my charges back since putting in claim - she suggests I write a letter saying basically -
as you are aware - I won the case.. now can I ahve the rest of the charges back.
I'm a bit worried about tackling them twice though - I am going to pay off both overdrafts, but I still ahve a credit card and flexible loan with them. Can they close my loan account or credit card account? |
