I would, at least you know there will be someone there. Has anyone else sent the baliffs in do you know? I will have a search and see if there are any threads about it, if not pm a mod and see if they can help at all.

Any news Chimera? I'm a few weeks behind you, but am eager to know if anyone is being successful with Cahoot. Good luck!

Do you know if people are having to close down their accounts afterwards. Some banks are worse than others about that apparently.

If the warrant has been accepted, then it will have been transferred to the defendants home court for execution. They should have sent you a letter to confirm this.

Give the court a call and ask for the bailliffs office. They're usually quite good and will keep you informed if you ask nicely. Once they receive payment, it'll go into the court, then once it's cleared the court will send you a cheque.

OK.. so I phoned the court.

Apparently Cahoot have put in an application - which means a court hearning date will be set for coventry court... details should be in the post.

SO:
1) anyone got a letter I can send to the court to get hearing changed to my local court?
2) a bit .. no.. a lot scared about all this.. what exactly is happening and what do I do? are they just trying to get more time? help?
