Default help anyone.... abbey answered?

can anyone help. i used a letter off this website as a guideline and sent abbey national a letter requesting all of my bank statements dated within the last 6 years. on saturday i recieved 52 individual letters... have these people never heard of saving trees, all containing my requests. but the problem i have is there are some missing, i have duplicated ones, so 3 sent for march 05, and some which just show my balance as £0.00 even though i have been in full time work for years???
also what is the next statement, just glancing through them i must have added up about £1000 in charges so far, and thats not me being thorough. my plan was to highlight all charges and calculate them, but then where do i go next?
help anyone............
many thanks

In the FAQ section there is a step by step guide that you should follow. You'll find all the templates you need in the Bank templates library. Have a good read around the site and be sure of what you are doing.

With regard to the missing statements:
Firstly, make an estimate if possible of any charges that would have appeared on them.
Secondly, make a complaint to the Information Commissioner, again, full details of this are to be found in the FAQ's and library.
Good luck and keep us updated.
