Looks like they are intending on using every one of those 40 days.

Do banks appear to be stalling cases (more than usual) waiting for the OFT report on bank charges?

Well what a coincidence - it has turned up today. Got a list of all transactions on my account for 6 years.

Have worked out that Cahoot owe me £340 plus there is one more of £30 about to appear on my account so a total of £370. will wait a couple of days for the charge to appear and than will send my Prelim. letter.

ok i received a letter from Abbey re my prelim letter, nothing from Cahoot at all.

Standard brush off type letter basically saying they will look into it and get back to me within 4 weeks, also enclosed was their 'how to complain' leaflet.

Going to send my LBA now but which address to use? the same Cahoot address i used previously or send it to the Abbey address on their leaflet?

1 other question - are we supposed to give 14 working days or just 14 days overall?
