Have you added up the interest for unauthorised OD if yes is that the 20% one? |

| | Classic Account Customer | Re: 100%WHU vs Cahoot Sent my prelim letter today for the charges only (8% to be added later) didnt bother with interest as it was pennies on each one. In fact on one it was 1p and another it is listed as 0p.

So now sending off a letter accepting the £580 as part settelement, but they have 10 days to settle in full or I will commence legal action. Is this the right thing to do? |
