Default Taking On Cahoot

Right well a nice polite email to cahoot resulted in 3years worth of statements within 5 days. Very impressed. Calculated charges - now not so impressed - £2905!!! So sent the PRE LIM yesterday - the waiting game begins. As i am a little bit neurotic can somebody please reassure me that they cant close down my loan i have with them should, sorry when, I win my money back. I believe it is a seperate agreement so they cant touch it but a very sceptical boyf is putting the jitters in me . . . .

Hi Chimera I have been reading your thread with interest. What do you think will happen once you send the baliffs in? Will they just turn up at your house with some computers, the TV from the staff canteen, office chairs etc?

ahahahahahahahaa... that would be too funny.. I'm getting really worried though.. because I didn't use the address they requested - but I used their address just not the PO BOX one... which you can't use to send the baliffs in anyway... They can't exactly say they haven't got the money to pay it can they???? That's just silly.... I'd gladly ahve their PCs and office furtinture though... set up my own bank... lol

Right Sent Lba yesterday . . .recived this email today . . am a little bummed coz was expecting them to offer half or something . . .but a straight flat p**s off! So am still going to give 14 days due to when payday falls, but am a little uneasy bout the speed which it took for a flat 'no!' to come from them. Are they growing more confident . . . .?

Dear Mrs Pickles,

Thank you for your recent e-mail.

I can confirm that this is cahoots final response on the matter. I understand
that you now wish to pursue this via the courts. Please send your claim form to

similar e-mail to mine.. but not exactly the same... I'm getting more and more worried about not have=ing sent it to the exact address (sure it all goes to same place though), and not specifying a name... I just specified 'Service Relationship Team'
I'm sure that this is fine, but the longer I get no reply.. the more I worry... hmmmm...
I notice you are asked to address yours to the 'Manager' of customer servcies... scary... sure you will get a better response than me though.. and make sure you send it to the exact people and address they specify - so you don't end up in same mess as me!!!
Good Luck
