| | Classic Account Customer | Re: up_the_cahoot v Cahoot! Once Cahoot had acknowledged my claim, I sent an email to the person at DLA who signed the acknowledgement. In the email, I attached a schedule of charges along with my bank account number and sort code, just in case they decide to mess me around and claim that they don't know which one it is.
Got the following reply the next day: Dear Mr B,
Thank you for forwarding the details of your claim together with the
account and sort code.
Kind regards They've got no excuses now! |

| Re: up_the_cahoot v Cahoot! i don't know.I had my AQ from a different claim coming through the other day with a covering letter saying:
You must complete the enclosed AQ on or before the 23 October 2006 and return it, where the claim is over £1500, the court fee of £100 to........
To me it sounds like if the amount claimed is under £1500, the AQ is free.
At least i hope so......sent mine off this morning without fee. |

| Re: up_the_cahoot v Cahoot! Actually that rings a bell!
I remember reading that for lower claims you don't pay, as I remember thinking ah yes, at least I won't have to worry about that one! |
