Hi HAK and welcome to CAG - Bo *giggles*

I wondered what you were doing on the Welcome Forum

Done a little bit of homework here - Cahoot is an internet bank from what I can see from "Googling" and are a division of Abbey National Plc (owned by the Santander Group).

If you haven't got time to do your homework, then start a new thread in the appropriate forum lol. There's a Cahoot one on CAG :-

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/cahoot/

Bit like the blind leading the blind here - it's been a long time since I did my homework on the Bank Charges front as there's no point trying to reclaim charges when they don't have a CCA
