Question Cahoot case moving to the Fast Track!!

Hi,

I could really do with some help on this one.

I have claim against Cahoot for charges on my credit card, the claim was proceeding through the small claims court but has now been moved to the fast track. They also want a fee of £600!!

I'm really not sure what's going on, if anyone has any experience in this area I'd really appreciate your help.

Can you give us some more background.

How much is the claim for, what are you claiming, what does the order from the court say exactly?
