Hi,

I sent my letter requesting my charges back on Friday and so far not heard anything, I'll give them til next Friday and then I guess take the next step - feeling nervous!!
I'm worried this action may affect my credit rating??

I have received my allocation questionnaireautolinker.com autolinking image from the court along with the defence. This is pretty scary, is it normal for it to go this far??

On another note, I have looked everywhere and am probably being stupid but how do I put the stages of each of my claims like everyone else has at the bottom of each of my messages????

Thanks
Michelle

Thanks, this website is brilliant, nice to be able to contact people going through the same!

The claim is for about £800 including interestautolinker.com autolinking image, however since then there have been a couple more charges, can I add them on do you know??

you can but you would need to complete a form and pay £35 (non claimable fee) to ammend your claim. Best bet is when they call to settle say you want those charges refunded and they may do it, otherwise just start a new claim afterwards.
