So what's claimable if they cannot produce a signed CCA?

Will you have to pay back just the loaned amount without interest?
or
Is it the Interest you can claim back?

I ask as I have 3 accounts with them: Current, Credit & Loan.

I'm in the process of claiming charges back on the current account & Credit Card & wondered if there's anything I can claim back on the loan as they don't appear to add charges to mine JUST THE DAM INTEREST!!!

	Are you letting your bank keep your money Are you giving away thousands of pounds?? Many people aren't claiming all of the money they are entitled to when they make their bank charges claims. You have been forced to pay unfair bank charges. Have you forgotten that your bank has charged you inteest on those charges? If you are overdrawn and the bank owes you charges - then your overdraft is made up of charges - money which you bank owes you. Yet you are paying interest to the bank - on your own money!!! Hi this sounds all too promising as i have cca'd cahoot also and they say they have sent it but it never arrived so their complaints team contacted me and said they would send it again which was last week and it still hasn't arrived!!! Oh, happy days!! They'll get an offer of a £1 month if they can't find it and like it!

Hey Muppy, good luck with your claim. Don't follow my example and not follow up with your threats within the timescales you've set! I still haven't started the court process, I have been very busy lately but that's no excuse. Anyway, I'm going to send them a letter stating I believe they have mis-sold me PPI on medical and employment grounds, and seeing as they can't provide my CCA to prove I signed up for it then they had better pay it back!

roboticboy - I'm not sure what happens if they can't produce a CCA, I have read through several threads on this but I find it all very confusing as to what the procedure is :/

Hi kenny, i had a letter from these muppets dca's today saying they hadn't heard from me i just think they ignore your letters even though you send them recorded delivery. I have now S.A.R.d them so they can go jump and i'm not sending them any money. I've written 3 times now!

Well, I sent off my letter saying that I no longer acknowledge any debt to them as my account is now in default. I cancelled my direct debit to them, and they haven't been in contact yet about last months payment. The deadline passed for them to respond to my default letter yesterday, anyone know what I'm meant to do now??
