Hi

I just need a little advice on Overdraft Penalty charges.

Can you reclaim penaltys charges on Overdrafts.

You are able to reclaim penalty charges regardless of whether or not they were applied to your account with an overdraft or not.

Are you refering to interest on overdrafts??

If so then this spreadsheet will help you calculate what proportion is deemed acceptable to reclaim.

They are putting charges on my account so my account is over the overdraft limit then putting more charges on for been over my overdraft , if that makes sence.
