Just for info: Cahoot admitted to me that they have dropped their charges because the previous charges were 'higher than legally fair'. The important bit here is the 'legally' bit. If this is true, then they are 'ILLEGAL' and the terms and conditions DO NOT apply. They cannot break the law just because you agreed to it. I wrote directly to the head honcho, John Goddard, and today received the illegal charges back to my credit card account....only £25 but it is a success!

Have you posted a MOD with this information. Looks like everyone will be getting their money back a bit quicker if this is the case. But you know what these people are like they will still hang out there, hoping that we will go away

I will be putting a moneyclaim in to Cahoot on Friday when I get paid. Can't do it any sooner because got no money. Should have done it yesterday. Will be sending e-mail letting them know though.
