Unhappy JulesMUA v Cahoot - Crisis!
Hello there

I have just received my allocation questionnaire and have been filling it out. I started having a look for all my documentation and proof of the charges made on the account and realised that I have mislaid the bank statements I was sent!!! I have no proof unless I ask for them to send them to me again and that could take ages!!

Does anyone have any advice on this? I have received a letter from Cahoot saying that they will give me 65% of my claim and I figure now I will just have to accept this as I don't have all the correct paperwork to take to court! Gutted!

Your advice would be appreciated.

Don't panic. If you really can't find them, send another S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) to cahoot to get them sent again. There's plenty of time, they have a max of 40 days to comply and from my experience it was 2 months between sending in AQ and getting a court date, and then I had another 2-3 weeks before I had to submit the bundle. Don't accept the offer now, you've got so far you might as well keep going.
