Hi Everyone,

Im in for the 6th July. Let me know where and what time.

Really good idea. It will be good to meet others who are also up S.... Creek without a paddle but hopefully wont be too long before we manage to get a least 1 paddle back !

If you need any help at all with this just let me know ........will do what I can.

This site has given me back the hope I thought was long lost. Would be a good way to raise funds.

Get a grip, I'm still on me plasic fag after giving up for 6 weeks, i am so proud and feel ok now. I have just been to Benidorm with 24 other women I never thought I would get through that without a fag but I did. Give it up angel, if i can you can, honest

I went from 30 a day to 0

You get it on prescription from your Doctors

It amazed me, cos used to climbing the walls if a went more than an hour without a fag..
