I can't make this now a surprise 40th birthday party has been organised for one of my relatives, and as too many of those involved have other commitments the previous weekend (bank holiday) it will have to be the day after the meet.

I was looking forward to meeting you all

Official CAG Meet: Birmingham, Fri 29th August

I think as people have started to book we stick with the Birmingham Central one

CAG dos I've been to seem to be more about quantity than quality sequenci, therefore need to be cheap, expecially if Barra is expecting whisky in his diet coke.

Can we have a link to the Pitcher & Piano please. We don't have to stick to one venue as those of us who went to Manchester can confirm.

Ell-enn I'm gutted you can't make it. If the party is the day after the meet are you sure you couldn't do both?

Well at the Manchester meet we met in a tent, so we're not exactly the fussy sort!

Also the Broadway Plaza has now sold out of £19 rooms meaning they're £49 now and more expensive than Birmingham Central.

DD is going to see if she can get the night off work, so I need to keep her a space for now, but I had a feeling Thelma might want a space so that's it unless DD can't make it.

If there are 4 of us it will be cosy but after a night out who cares!
