Default Manchester Xmas Meet - 08/12/07 - 17.00 - in front of Urbis building

Here we go again!

For those of you who missed me getting spectacularly drunk the last time (yes.......... hubby did have to carry me out of the taxi and up the stairs!!!) and for those who want to repeat the process............... (you brave souls)!!!!

How do you fancy having a meet-up around Christmas time? Bit of mulled wine and a Bratwurst on the German markets............ possibly a soiree into a decent pub afterwards.......... and I promise to stay on my feet (for a couple of hours!!!!)

************************* *************************

Latecomers, Gluwhein Tent outside M&S.
After that... Well, let's hope you have someone's mobile number!!!

Kev, you're an absolute gent! I was thinking early December when the Christmas markets set up. It's a lovely atmosphere around St. Anne's Square and Shambles - lovely aroma of mulled wine, mulled cider, bratwurst, etc. What d'ya think?

Sanding? On a Saturday night? Nooooooooooooooo......... .. it's an X-factor night!!!!!!

Tell your missus, she should only weigh herself first thing in the morning after going to the loo .......... the weight drops off then!!!!! (works for me anyway!!!)

Well hopefully, if the weight's all gone, we'll get the chance to meet up for a good natter again. But please tell the missus........... it works when you put the scale dial back a few notches as well (I swear by it!!!)

ROFL

I remember bumping in to a friends wife and congratulating her on the latest bump (she already had 4 kids) only to be told she was not preggers!

I spent the next 10 minutes trying to convince her that it had nothing to do with how she looked but that I had been told by a mutual friend that she was expecting again! Not heard from her or my mate ever since!!

In my defence though, she had put on tons of weight!!!:o
