rang my local court as have nothing since droppin off AQ to hear that judge has transferred case to Cardiff .

I told them case should not have been sent to Cardiff as it's a business claim and should of continued in my local court they told me i have to write to Cardiff to ask for case to be returned to my local court

Love the new avatar - what is it.

Write to The Court Manager to complain that this shouldn't have been sent to them because it's a businees claim and ask that they return case to your local CC ASAP.

My understanding is the originals should be within your bundle.They MUST be produced in court at the hearing so i do believe MB is correct on that one
