Love the new avatar - what is it.
Write to The Court Manager to complain that this shouldn't have been sent to them because it's a businees claim and ask that they return case to your local CC ASAP.

Michael, I thought the original state'ts had to be included in the COURT's Bundle. Please confirm as I may have misunderstood and am happy to learn from a 10K poster.:o

My understanding is the originals should be within your bundle.They MUST be produced in court at the hearing so i do believe MB is correct on that one
