can you claim charges on business loans

We are currently pursuing a business account claim with barclays. The account is now closed. During the period we banked with them we had 2 loans, one at the beginning of our banking period for £4000 and one at the end when they nicely decided to shut down our account and put the overdraft remaining on to a loan for £5000, which I think was managed by CDCS (part of barclays I think). The second loan we had no statements for and if I remember rightly when I phoned to ask for an up to date statement I was told that they "DIDNT DO STATEMENTS" Duh!
Anyway my question is if I can now obtain statement for these loans and there are any charges on them can I claim for these as well.
I am at MCOL stage with the business loan as they have refused to even offer a partial settlement (not that I would accept).
From what I have read Barclays seem to be very quick at shutting down accounts they no longer like the look of with little or no warning to the customer.
Also does anyone have a contact address for CDCS?
