What did NatWest Charge you?(business related)

Been a long time since I wrote a guide to charges on here so time for action. Thanks Tifo for the kick up the behind on your thread cos it made me think about this.
I originally started this via Private Message so now time to get it out in the open.
I am looking at charges from 2000 onwards for now.
I need more details for "Excess borrowing Fee". I know we don't charge that now, but WHEN DID WE STOP charging this?
Referral charge has increased over time, how much was it and when did it change? Its £30 NOW but it has been lower and slowly increased.
Unpaid/cheque return fee/unpaid R/P fee. What has it been and how has it gone up to todays charge of £35 per item?
The amounts is really what I need now. I have the basic structure that previous guides have but I am now working on specific figures. Thanks in advance and I hope to be able to post a guide later today or next week at the latest.

GuidoT, as I know your reputation is switched off, a huge thank you for that spreadsheet.
I need to confirm when excess borrowing fee of £3.50 was dropped. It appears that it was from September/October 2001. Has anyone got the information confirming this?
