TLB v's Barclays Business A/C

Here we go again then, I have decided to look into a now closed business account claim. It is currently with DCA and I am paying it off monthly. If I can get some charges back then I an repay it that bit quicker. Any advice on business claims gratefully received. my personal account claim is stayed but hoping this will proceed.
Need to dig out the old account number for the Subject Access Request

Hi TLB,

No doubt you've heard by now but the Site's advice, following the OFT case Judgement handed down last Thursday, is DO NOT start a new Business charges claim.

This will need to be reviewed if the banks or the OFT lodge appeals before the end of May, leading to further rulings which may alter the current advice.
