Default Lloyds Favourite Customer

The story continues, I have been away for a while, being well behaved, and keeping my account in order. Since recovering all my NatWest and Lloyds charges in 2007, plus a substantial insurance premium refund early this year, I even went into the black. Strangely the bank will not give me any leeway at all!! (Could be personal). Those of you who are sole traders will know the banks are quite merciless when times are tough. Anyway suffice it to say I have just incurred a couple of bank charges... the £35.00 hit. Not a lot of money in the scheme of things and compared to my previous reclaims, nevertheless deeply irritating, so here we go again. When will they learn that I always win.

Hi, ataction.

I was going to say good luck, but somehow don't think you'll need it.

Regards.

Scott.

Scott thanks, I continue to be outraged by the brass neck of £35.00 charges. When will the banks get their house in order? Their attitude stinks, so I will continue to battle away, though it is a distraction from my main business, but worth it.
