Barclays Business Charges?

Hi everyone,

Looking thru my statements have noticed:

Merchant charge, switch charge, acquring service charge!

What are these and can they be claimed for?

Hi there,

It sounds to me like you may take customers money using debit/credit cards and these charges are to do with those transactions.

If this is so, you cannot reclaim them.

I did look there, but I think those T & C's are for pesonal accounts, and not business accounts

I've checked the library

- no Business T&C's that I could see.

I'm working on it, ie feelers have been put out for you. Back IDC.

Barclays have refused to offer any money. I want to prepare my evidence for a FOS complaint.

Well, so far no joy re T&C's but I'll yell if any turn upo.

You can put your complaint to FOS without them anyway and good luck with it. Let us know of progress.
