Thought I would share a positive point of my Virgin Media service.
I have been with Virgin since it was Eurobell in 2002. Not had any real issues apart from one connection problem because someone pulled of the relevant cable inside the green box . But this year the ebilling service hasn't been sending me notification for payment and no bills in the post.
I tried calling but as I don't have a telephone with them so it is hard to get through as the automated service asks for you Virgin Media telephone number. Anyway, I used the online form last month to contact them and I heard nothing back. As before my tv gets frozen, I then guess the amount I have to pay plus a £10 late payment charge. Well this week same thing happened so I tried the online form again. This time I got a positive response with a £30 credit for the late payment charges plus my bills will arrive properly.
I already have free tv as during the Sky debacle of last year I phoned up to cancel TV. Not because Sky was pulled just because I was fed up paying to watch adverts.
