i was sitting at my house last night 25/04/08 when at approx 825 pm virgin telephoned me to wanting to discuss my account hence i owe them another £111, odd pence i payed hundred the other day for old month bill plus late charges etc tell ya these ppl god frustrate me demanding payment threatning to cut me off how politeare they not i sent them the s a r tey aint responded to it ive asked them for full account printout never got it either yet they still tried to charge me for that plus the other month i was restricted they said pay x amount then refund on bill never got that bk either

Don't speak to them on the 'phone dcd Make sure all requests are in writing and make a formal written complaint regarding your refund.

Make sure you follow up your Subject Access Request in writing too.

still owe telewest 200 going to send them new letter this week for plan or something just ot get rid of them once and for all

they still marked on my credit file unpaid debt or whatever thou mmm
