As part of our aim to improve our services to all of our customers, we are upgrading our billing systems. This work will commence on 31st March and last until 6th April.

Customer Impact


We may be unable to register new Broadband customers, upgrade packages or change any of your products or services. We thank you for your patience during this time.
This work does not affect any of our customers in ex-Telewest regions”
