Question cancelled my OSC

well went into my local brighthouse store today and cancelled the OSC on my account, after a bit of a lengthy discussion with the manager in the shop she told me -
that as i have now cancelled my OSC and if anything goes wrong with any of the items which i still have from them they can charge me for the pleasure of servicing them !!

is she right on saying that or is it another brighthouse management ploy to make the customer think they are keeping the upper hand ?

Absolute and total rubbish! Ask her to put that into writing! That would be good!

The goods you have from BrightHouse are subject to the SUPPLY OF GOODS (IMPLIED TERMS) ACT 1973...

Jeez... These people!!!!

Cheers

Good One Mate!! The more brighthouse customer's excercise their rights the better and the more we take the OPTION to cancel that OPTIONAL cover the less FREE money BH make out of its customers selling something totally useless.

most definately agree, its scarey to think about the amount of money i have given them for what seems like to me for free over the last 9 years or so.
time ti try and reclaim back the OSC that they have happily took off me, nothing ventured nothing gained.

Dont blame you as thats what I am doing along with reclaiming late fee's. After my experiances with BH I am disgusted they get away with the things they do and just wish more BH customer's could get the info we have been lucky to get here on CAG.

ps You have nothing to loose than the money you have already paid and more to gain if you get it all back
