And, if as you say, it was re-written to reflect the removal of OSC and DLC, it will contain just ONE signature, and the additional boxes (for insurance) will be un-ticked and un-signed. I think you've given the store long enough to resolve this complaint, and you should now make a formal complaint to the FSA as it appears you were a seriously MIS-SOLD insurance that you neither required OR signed for. Quite a serious complaint I would think! Main help line number for the FSA is 0845 606 1234 I have spoken to them before regarding a complaint with BrightHouse insurance, and was quite surprised to discover that BrightHouse (as a provider of insurance) are not included in the FSA register and, therefore, appear not to fall under their jurisdiction...
