I learnt recently, via an PM on here - all very covert and hush hush - that hidden deep within Brighthouse's retail policy is local PRICE MATCHING!
Basically, they should - if asked - PRICE MATCH any genuine price for the same item locally.
Thing is, they don't mention it anywhere - website, leaflets etc - but I am assured they have one!!! :o
Mind you, half the products they sell are grey imports (re-badged cheapo tack from China) or secondhand, used goods which nobody else on the high street sells. Have you seen the BAIRD brand TV anywhere else?

PS - shame we can't make out the small print (disclaimer) at the bottom of the poster....
Probably says something like:
Brighthouse Price Promise - We guarantee to beat any locally advertised genuine price providing customers purchase Brighthouse Optional Service Cover and agree to place at least one of their children in the store's vault as security. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and completely deny we ever said it.
