I understand things change, but silly old me gets confused very very quickly. I know csa money is now being planned to be paid seperately. I also am now told dla which used to be paid four weekly in arears and then was changed to weekly is now to be paid four weekly in arears again, if that makes sence and seperate from income support.
I do wonder if the people in control how confusing this is to people eg,with mental health problems like me. I took a long time to adjust from the payment books which worked fine for me to bank account and have now started to panic that I dont know whats comming in from next week.
I'm told I'll get the same in writing but in arrears. So now I'll get income support on weekly, dla four weeks away and how are we supposed to budget. Csa, lets not go there as whats happening I'm lost with. My new direct debits have had to be stopped as I cant guarantee whats there on exactly what date to avoid going overdrawn.
I see me freaking out ahead. I do wish they would allow me to have good old fashioned payment books with dates on them, easier to plan for bills and emergencies. Just prior to chrismas too
Govt please stop sending letters that dont get actioned as in you'll get an extra 20.00 a month csa and then never do anything.
I cant help having mental problems and am getting help, but I at least untill now felt secure in what was comming in if that makes sence. My epilepsy etc doesnt work four weeks in arrears, I wish it did
