I don't get it What's going on, not just here, but all over the place, all this LAW about what you can say and what you can't, it's all tosh to me.
I don't understand any of it, because on one hand there is " freedom of speach"...then the big companoes use the "libel" or "defamitory" rules against us.
I was brought up, and taught in school, to say what i mean and mean what i say, a simple enopugh phrase, and very efective. Yet, it seems the big companies, and 99% of websites hide thier illegal activities behing the "libel" clause.
There is no doubt, no end of "proof" that any company does illegal practices, but no-one dare speak up, because it's illegal too. I find that amusing to a point, as the companies and other places can get away with it, bleeding us all of our money while hiding behind a legal loophole.
To me, i dont really care what a company claims to do to try and shut me up, i'll say it regardless, and if they want to go to court, so be it, i'll take my evidence with me. If i go to prison, that will just re-inforce the fact the law is indeed wrong, and the "freedom of speach" does not apply
So i ask for clarification here, at what point do we stop being namby pamby "wrapped in cotton wool" and told to shut up or else. We should all make a stand, and not have to live in fear of some company or otherwise telling us ewhat to do or ripping us off because they can. |
