With the OFT decision a long time off, do Hays know something that we don't? If they do, then I suggest we find out what that is, then 180,000 CAGgers can apply, as all will have relevant experience...

As for '...advising of the process...' wonder if that involves recommending people visit CAG?

Its a terrible business, these people are portrayed as people to turn to when you need help Advising them of the process is probably 'here is something I printed out for you, just follow the instructions' *hands over a CAG thread printed out from the computer*.

They must be spawn of the DCAs!

Well the Stockport ones are Moorcroft without a doubt.

I applied for Moorcroft last year and they turned me down.
Probably as I was too customer focused, genuine, and care about people and just generally helpful and honest.

I only applied as a doorstep collector so I could hand out fact sheets on how to do a CCA request and lose moorcroft a few "customers"

That would be so funny. We should have a 'recruitment week' here on CAG, where we all apply for jobs in the DCA business, we could then explain to all the customers how it really works lol!

Don't forget JBW have been recruiting for trainee Bailiffs and Bailiffs to join them in their 10 brand new contracts around the country - wonder how long they will last now CAG are aware of their activities.

I've seen an HFO ad too, saying it is a 'money hungry' environment and if you enjoy talking on the phone they will take you on, train you and pay you £13k basic with unlimited overtime and bonus earnings.

Pity really that I speak and write reasonable English and am aware of consumer law otherwise I might very well apply... but my current job pays very well (plus I get free travel on the underground and busses).

It's just a shame I don't have an NVQ in dribbling on paperwork, chewing my pens with a gormless expression on my face (whilst dribbling on said paperwork) or walk with my knuckles dragging on the floor. If I did, I would be well qualified
